Near Real-Time Backup — Our "Incremental Forever" methodology captures all changes to your data as frequently as every 15 minutes. This technology allows for a high level of forensic and auditable data reconstruction to satisfy data retention regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GLBA, etc.).
Reduced Downtime — Our local server virtualization embedded in the Network Attached Storage (NAS) allows servers and applications to be rebooted and restored in 4 hours or less. Instead of waiting days for replacement servers to be installed, NetSafe can have your business up and running quickly and easily.
Disaster Recovery Failover— In the event of a catastrophe where your facility is destroyed or unusable, you can elect to "virtualize" your servers at an off-site storage location for up to 14 days. Once your site is restored, a replacement NAS is imaged with your data and shipped to your site where we will perform Bare Metal restores to your new servers.
More Accurate Data Backup — NetSafe generates a complete, encrypted and compressed backup image of targeted hard drive partitions at the block-level — an exact digital duplicate of your on-site server. This efficient process helps to reduce errors at the backup level and increases data accuracy.
Secure Remote Storage — After imaging your servers, NetSafe transmits the encrypted data to a secure, U.S.-based, off-site location. At this remote site, your data is replicated again and sent to an alternate data center, creating three copies of your data in three different locations. And only you have the key to access your data, even at the remote storage level.
NetSafe 24/7 Managed Solution — Our 500-person Network Operations Center monitors the entire process 24/7. In the event of a problem, an alert is sent immediately to our engineers, who remotely correct the errors within minutes of notification. On more serious issues, repairs are made on site.
